General terms and conditions Camping de Grienduil

  • The Van Stuijvenberg family, hereinafter referred to as “the manager”, is the owner of Camping De Grienduil, which consists of a campsite, camper pitches and various rental accommodations (holiday homes, apartments, B&B, Pods, Tiny House and a gypsy caravan). Located at Geer 25 in Nieuwland, KVK 37134895
  • The manager can be replaced by a third party and/or his family.
  • These General Terms and Conditions apply to all tenants and residents, hereinafter referred to as “the users”, of Camping De Grienduil at Geer 25 in Nieuwland.
  • The users are obliged to familiarize themselves with these General Terms and Conditions and to adhere to them or act in accordance with them.
  • These General Terms and Conditions apply when making a reservation.
  • A copy of these General Terms and Conditions will be provided to the users free of charge upon request.
  • The manager is not liable for damage to, loss or theft of the users’ property. In the event of disputes, all (legal) costs are for the account of the users.
  • All risks relating to a stay at Camping De Grienduil are for the account of the users.
  • Damage and loss of movable and immovable property of the manager must be reported immediately by the users and compensated to the manager.
  • The total amount of the reservation costs must be paid in advance. The manager may deviate from this rule, with or without consultation with the users.
  • The manager’s administration is decisive in the event of a mutual disagreement unless the users can prove the contrary.
  • It is not permitted to trade, offer goods or provide services on the grounds of Camping De Grienduil without the written permission of the manager.
  • For a stay at Camping De Grienduil, at least 1 person of the users must be 18 years or older.

Reservation and confirmation

  • After receipt of the reservation confirmation from the manager, the reservation is final. However, the manager can cancel the reservation at any time, the manager will inform users of this as soon as possible.
  • Our written reservation confirmations refer to these General Terms and Conditions.
  • No additional costs are due for making a reservation.

Arrival and departure

  • Users must first report to the reception upon arrival.
  • In the event of early departure of the users, they are liable for the full price for the agreed period
  • Users must report to the manager before departure.

Cancellation

  • If users are unexpectedly unable to respect the entered into reservation agreement, users must report this as soon as possible.
  • Cancellation of the reservation up to one month before the day of arrival; no costs for users.
  • Cancellation of the reservation within one month before the day of arrival; costs for users: 100% of the agreed total price.

Use by third parties

  • Use by third parties of a camping equipment and/or associated camping pitch or accommodation is only permitted if the manager has given permission for this. Additional costs may be associated with this.
  • Conditions may be imposed on the permission given, of which the user will be informed.
  • Subletting of camping pitches and/or accommodations is not permitted.

Maintenance and construction

  • The manager is obliged to keep Camping De Grienduil in a good state of maintenance.
  • The users are obliged to keep the camping equipment they have placed and the associated camping pitch or accommodation in the same state of maintenance.
  • The users, co-users and/or third parties are not permitted to dig on the site, cut down trees, prune shrubs, install fences or partitions, or place structures or other facilities of any kind at, on, under or around a camping equipment/accommodation without prior permission from the manager.

Separate regulations

In addition to these General Terms and Conditions, users must adhere to the Regulations Camping De Grienduil.

If users do not adhere to these General Terms and Conditions and/or the Regulations Camping De Grienduil and/or display inappropriate behavior, this may be grounds for removal from Camping De Grienduil or denial and/or refusal of access to Camping De Grienduil, without further notice and statement of reasons and without refund of the total amount. The police may be called in. If enforcement officers come to Camping De Grienduil and find abuses by users, any fine must be paid by the users themselves and if a fine is imposed on Camping De Grienduil due to abuses by users, this fine will be recovered from the users in question.
