Cancellation fund

If you have opted for the cancellation fund when booking, we will refund the total reservation amount to you in the following situations:

• Sudden illness and/or accident involving one of the family members.
• Serious illness or death in the non-travelling family (1st or 2nd degree).
• Unexpected call-up for military service, other than in the case of mobilisation.
• Involuntary unemployment of the breadwinner.
• Significant property or home damage, making presence desirable.
• Unexpected relocation or allocation of a rental home.
• Not being able to use the means of transport and/or camping intended for the holiday due to theft, fire or unexpected motor or car damage within three weeks before the planned arrival.

The cancellation fund is valid until the day of arrival. After that, you can no longer claim it.

You can only book the cancellation fund with the reservation. After you have made the reservation, you can no longer book the cancellation fund.

The cancellation fund will pay you the total amount of the booking if it has already been paid. The contribution of the cancellation fund will not be refunded.
