Regulations Camping de Grienduil
We warmly welcome you to Camping De Grienduil and ask you to comply with the Camping regulations.
Our General Terms and Conditions also apply to your stay.
- General
- Fam. Van Stuijvenberg, hereinafter referred to as “the manager”, is the owner of Camping De Grienduil. The manager can be replaced by a third party and/or his family.
- These regulations apply to all tenants and residents, hereinafter referred to as “the users”, of the grounds and associated accommodations of Camping De Grienduil at Geer 25 in Nieuwland.
- By using the site, the following camping regulations are acknowledged with regard to all points below.
- Users must follow the instructions of the manager.
- In the event of a violation, the manager can call on the police for assistance.
- Users must have a permanent place of residence or abode.
- All facilities, care and disposal stations as well as green areas must be treated with care. Any damage caused must be reported to the manager immediately.
- The manager is not liable for the loss of or damage to goods belonging to users and visitors.
- Any action in violation of these regulations may be punished by removal, furthermore the administrator reserves the right to take legal action. A refund of the rate will not take place.
- Arrival and departure
- To enter and install yourself on the grounds or associated accommodation of Camping De Grienduil, you must have permission from the manager.
- Upon arrival, you must identify yourself with an official identification document, if requested.
- Camping and camper pitches: On the day of arrival, you can use the camping pitch after 2 p.m. On the day of departure, the camping pitch must be vacated by 11 a.m.
- Accommodations: On the day of arrival, you can use your accommodation after 3 p.m. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 11 a.m.
- Bed & Breakfast: On the day of arrival, you can use the B&B after 3 p.m. On the day of departure, the B&B must be vacated by 11 a.m.
- If you stay longer (only in consultation with the manager), additional costs will be charged.
- No refund will be made in the event of early departure.
- Camping and camper pitches: The camping equipment must be installed in the indicated place and according to the instructions of the manager. It is not allowed to exceed the boundaries of the pitch assigned to you.
- Reception
- The reception is open daily in the summer: 09:00-11:00 and from 14:00-20:00, in the winter from 09:00-11:00 and from 14:00-17:00, on Sundays from 10:00-11:00 and from 14:00-20:00, if the reception is closed you can call the telephone number of Camping De Grienduil.
- Payment
- Payment is made by bank transfer or credit card or you can pay by debit card or cash at the reception. The full amount must be paid one month prior to your stay. Other payment times only in consultation with the manager.
- Users are requested to report to the manager before departure.
- The rates can be found on the website www.degrienduil.nl.
- Peace and quiet
- Any noise nuisance, especially between 22:00 and 07:00, must be avoided.
- Radios, televisions, tablets and telephones must not be a nuisance to others.
- Visitors of users
- Visitors will be charged a fee.
- Visitors must report to the manager.
- Visitors must adhere to the provisions of the current regulations.
- Visitors’ cars must remain in the parking lot, and there are costs involved.
- Visitors may not stay overnight at Camping De Grienduil without permission from the manager and without paying extra.
- Vehicles, parking and driving on site
- The rules of the Road Traffic Act apply at Camping De Grienduil, only walking speed is permitted.
- Driving or parking cars on the grass is not permitted. Campers may be placed on the grass on the instructions of the manager.
- Vehicles must be parked in the designated parking lot of Camping De Grienduil.
- Washing vehicles as well as carrying out maintenance or repairs is prohibited on the grounds of Camping De Grienduil or the parking lot of Camping De Grienduil.
- Vehicles/camping equipment that are parked without the permission of the manager can be towed away by the manager at the expense and risk of the owner.
- If the user wants to offer a camping equipment/vehicle for sale on the grounds of Camping De Grienduil, permission must be requested from the manager. This will incur costs for the user.
- Waste
- Users must keep the grounds and associated accommodations at Camping De Grienduil clean and tidy. Accommodation must be delivered broom clean.
- Camping and camper pitches: Faeces and waste water must be collected in the appropriate reservoirs and removed via the chemical toilet at Camping De Grienduil.
- Only normal amounts of waste generated in the household may be removed via the containers provided, and the waste must be sorted accordingly.
- Residual waste must be deposited in a sealed garbage bag in the correct container.
- The user must take large waste home with them.
- Flora & fauna
- It is forbidden to hang washing or washing lines on trees/bushes.
- Plants and borders may not be damaged. It is forbidden to hammer nails into trees, saw off branches and plant anything.
- All damage to plants, fences and installations will be recovered from the person who installed them.
- Please do not feed the animals at Camping De Grienduil without permission from the manager.
- Safety
- Camping and camper pitches: The user must ensure at all times that the camping equipment he has placed, both internally and externally, meets all environmental and safety requirements that may be imposed on the camping equipment by the government or by the manager in the context of environmental measures for his company.
- Barbecuing is only permitted with suitable equipment. It must be guaranteed that neither the lawn nor the paving nor the terrace is damaged. Ash residues must be completely extinguished before being deposited in the specially designed ash pit. Please ensure that your neighbours are not bothered by smoke development.
- All additional electrical equipment (such as electric heaters, gourmet sets, air fryers, etc.) is not permitted in accommodations without the permission of the manager.
- Smoking is not permitted in the sanitary facilities, accommodations and the restaurant.
- Fire extinguishers are located in various places on the site and in some accommodations. In the event of a fire, notify the manager immediately.
- The first aid kit is located at the reception.
- Report the presence of suspicious persons to the manager immediately.
- It is not permitted to touch or remove the fire/smoke detectors. A fine will be charged for this.
- Pets
- Dogs and other animals of users may not run loose, may not be walked on the camping site and may not be locked up in the absence of their owners, who are legally liable.
- Accommodations: dogs are only allowed in consultation with the manager.
- To play
- The use of playground equipment, darts, go-karts, outdoor fitness equipment, football table and the jeu de boules court is entirely at your own risk.
- No wild or disruptive games can be organised in the vicinity of the camping pitches, accommodations, installations or sanitary facilities.
